I was looking for insurance for my first caravan and contacted a number of insurance companies, but noted that their knowledge was lacking when I asked questions. I was told that the Caravan and Motorhome Club provided insurance and was blown away by their knowledge from my very first contact with them, from insurance cover provided and security measures that provided me with discounts as well as protecting my caravan. The experience was very positive and the staff were very informative and clear with what my policy would cover, they were also able to answer the questions that other insurance companies struggled with, all in all a very professional company, I would go as far to say the experts in this field, hence they will be my first call when its time to renew.
