Excellent Provider

We have used their cover for many years and they have never let us down. When we were in Italy and had a problem they dealt with it straight away and kept ringing us to keep us updates on what was happening. Excellent service

We have used them ever since we started caravanning many, many years ago and they have always provided excellent service, guidance and assistance when needed. They went far beyond what we expected when we had a problem whilst in Italy and they made all the necessary arrangements with local garages, car hire and taxi companies. They kept in touch with us every day, sometimes, twice a day to check that we were OK and to keep us updated with what was going on. This was particularly helpful as our knowledge of Italian was not good enough to deal with all the necessary arrangements ourselves. The service we receive is outstanding and we will always use them as our caravan insurance provider and would recommend other caravan or motor-home owners to do the same. Reviewed on: 28th July 2021
