We use Petplan for our own rabbits, and also Petplan Sanctuary for our rabbit hotel. In both cases there has never been one tiny issue when we have to claim. It is simple, we are trusted, and the greatest thing of all is the customer services. The people down the phone are the HEART and SOUL of the company and they are the reason I value petplan so much. Any question, any issue, there is a friendly voice to answer you. They're like nurses, not what you'd expect from an insurance company. Just lovely caring people. If Petplan ever make the mistake of removing this 'heart' they will see business decline! It's just a wonderful service, and a great balance between practical, easy, and friendly.
