Never let me down

Have had Petplan insuring my pets for 23 years and they have always proceed my claim in line with my policy and in a timely fashion. They are not the cheapest but for pet insurance, they are certainly the best in my opinion. It is reassuring when your pet needs expensive care that Petplan deals with the claims promptly.
