Anxiety is gone

I have use some other company to manage my debts in past - always something wrong. Then i changed to StepChange and from beginning it was good experience. Staff is very knowledgeable, understanding and non- judgemental. My plan is now more then three years in place and i can sleep without anxiety. Our luck changed...

Our luck has changed for better when Step Change took over our debt management. It's very professional staff reassure us and advise what we should do and how. We have financial difficulty due to being taken advantage by building company... Ended with 60k + debts Life was not worth leaving, first debts management company was inconsistent (with repaiments to creditors) and added up to create more stres! So, we contacted B2C. From very beginning it was good experience. We where listened, and payment plan was put in place that stop all reassured creditor's. This has help us to have space for life without fear again. Debts are still there but all nagging correspondence has stop. Email contact with regularly advance on number of subjects it's reassuring. With no hesitation I would recommend B2C to family, friends and anyone in chelanging financial situation. Reviewed on: 1st August 2021
