Review of the Tesco Bank, Clubcard Credit Card:

The worst credit card

1
I cancelled their credit card in 2013 as I have had bad experience shopping in their store. I didn't like the way their staff treated a paid customer like me. They employed the rudest over 30 year old staff I have ever come across especially the older staff. I was accused for using someone else card when I failed 3 times as I have forgotten my PIN number. Since the incident I vow never to shop at Tesco no matter how cheap their selling products are. Thank goodness that Asda & Sainsbury do brand match against Tesco. Whenever they have an offer Asda & Sainbury will match the price hence I never lose out. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

One of the best customer service

4
Natwest has the most helpful customer service I have ever dealt with. They are always happy to help and nothing can't be put right. They protected my savings just they way I like. If my current account is low they will notify me by text so that I don't get any charges for my direct debit transactions. Twice it has happened to me and twice they funny charge me any fee when my current account was overdrawn maybe because I have 2 other savings with them & they know I must have overlooked it which I have. A quick transfer of monies onto my current account instantly put me back in charge. Like everything else treat people nicely and they will treat you with respect. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016
Review of the ASDA Money, Credit Card:

1% cashback

4
Asda money card used to be good in cashback, when it started it was 2% cashback when using credit card to pay but sadly they have cut it down to 1% still though better than nothing when comparing with other credit cards like Santander or Amex where you have to pay X amount of £££ to get the benefits which to me defeats the object of the word "cashback" Reviewed on: 28th March 2016
