Really caring customer service operators

i lost my springer spaniel last year and the customer services was second to none. Really respectful when talking to me about him and informing me of parts of the policy i wasn't aware of like i could claim the cost of Paddy back. I just felt supported by them through the whole process of informing them he was at the vets, through to claiming against the policy and the after care. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2021
