Fab customer service, great concept

As a low mileage driver, it has always been a pain to find insurance. With By Miles I’m reassured that am only ever paying for however much I drive. I find their rates to be so competitive for drivers like me that no other insurance company compares. In terms of customer service, the few times I’ve had the need to contact them I have found it to be near instantaneous response rates and great care (even in the midst of the pandemic, when most other companies customer care took a battering!). Great service by the mile

By miles makes a simple promise, you pay a fixed cost for insuring your car when parked, then you pay monthly per mile you drive. What more could you want? The prices are fair, the customer service when I’ve messaged is great. The app is super transparent about what/when/where, and to boot you have all documents in tow on your phone.
