Taking. Control

You never know how good something is until you need help and that’s the case for Payplan. Getting into a difficult position and out of control in my finances I needed to use Payplans services. Over a number of years I have used their team to manage my budget to release funds to reduce my debt. Still at it and over 2/3 of way in repaying this. Each occasion I have called, online updated or emailed the team I have been treat compassionately and as an adult. Kindness at each point and supporting me through it all. I was in a dark place with no way out when I contacted them first and now feel relief and lighter in myself by having this support in place. It’s still a worry but manageable and I feel in control when at first I had none. Well done Payplan you have given me my life back. If only I hadn’t needed this in the first place. Professional Help when you need it

Whilst I wish I hadn’t needed to use them ... the total relief when I did and being treat professional and supportively got me on track to manage my debt. Whilst it is going to take some time to get debt free their support has made this headache manageable and wish I had asked for help sooner. If you hit hard times then take action don’t delay. Get their advice and work out a plan and stick to it. Being honest with them is the best step to start getting your finances back on track. And if you slip up give them a call and talk through what you need to get back on track. I hope they win but if not they are a winner to me for the help and advice given that’s supported my wellbeing. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
