Excellent customer service

Payplan have been a lifeline for us over a number of years, and have eased all the stress and worry we were experiencing. They are a non judgemental company who treat customers with great respect regardless of anyone's situation . Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Always wonderful

We have been receiving help from PayPlan for some years and cannot speak highly enough about them and the service they provide. They continue to take a huge weight of worry off our shoulders and are forever available for reassurance or to provide solutions to what may seem insurmountable problems. Given us our lives back

After falling behind with bills and payments some years ago we were recommended to approach Payplan for help. That phone call changed our lives, after months of severe stress and sleepless nights someone was on our side and willing to help. There was no judgement or censure just advice and support. We were able to make a realistic payment monthly by direct debit, without fear of threatening letters or calls at the door. We were finally able to relax, without Payplan I am not sure how we would ever have coped. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

So professional, so helpful.

We had had sleepless nights and days of stress and worry, so when we approached Payplan for help we were at a very low point in our lives.
