I was made redundant and unfortunately found myself in trouble financially. I contacted PayPlan who talked me though the best solutions for my situation. I was assigned a case officer who has always responded quickly to any concerns I’ve had. I’ll be debt free within a year and couldn’t have done it without their advice and assistance.
