There when you need them - always

When financial problems got so bad and we didn't know which was to turn, someone suggested Payplan and from that first telephone call, things started to get better. Non- judgemental from the start, it was obvious that Payplan staff were on sure ground as they advised us step by step, creditor by creditor. The terrible phone calls stopped and within a short time every thing was on a at was ble footing. Our debts were in a manageable package and our monthly repayments were affordable and within our budget. Year on year, Payplan kept working alongside us to make sure inflation and price increases were taken into account and our repayments were adjusted according to what we can afford. Payplan keep in touch and are only a phonecall away if we need help. It has now been ten years in our relationship and Payplan have been with us every step in our financial journey. Payplan have made the difference for us between successfully managing our debt and living within an affordable budget and the absolute unthinkable nightmare of facing spiralling debt on our own. Sunshine on a very cloudy day

The very first phone call to Payplan gave us immediate relief after suffering from unavoidable debt for over three years. The friendly, very professional and above all non judgemental approach of our personal advisor was just what we needed too lift our spirits and set us on the road. To a well managed debt repayment plan. Since then, regular reviews have kept our repayments affordable and our creditors satisfied. My greatest regret is that we didn’t contact Payplan sooner. An end to Debt terror

From the first few moments speaking to PayPlan, the absolute terror of debt and harassment over the previous three years began to evaporate. Their calm, non judgemental reassurance and their very professional support rendered my debt not only manageable, but virtually worry free. By sticking to my PayPlan Debt Management Plan, my creditors were satisfied I was paying back to the best of my means and I was no longer victim of the money chasing letters and phone calls. The difference PayPlan made to our lives was unbelievable. Our greatest mistake was trying to solve all our problems ourselves.
