Always helpful

Never has a problem contacting my case officer. They have always been very helpful when I've had a problem with my creditors. Always a phone call away and has made my debt affordable. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Excellent service

I have been with payplan fir a few years now. If I have had any questions or queries they have always been helpful and very understanding. The only thing is my case officer is sometimes been different year on year but they always seem fully aware of my situation and have always dealt with my creditors and informed me of any changes.
