A lifeline

Payplan have been absolutely amazing, after purchasing a property before the crash of 2007 and getting heavily into debt following repairs needing done to the property I was struggling each month to the point of not answering calls or opening letters. After months upon months of debt letters and sleepless nights I finally plucked up the courage to call payplan. I was so embarrassed and didn't know what to expect. From first contact Payplan were so friendly and put me at ease with no judging. They explained all options to me and how I could freeze my debt and pay it off in manageable installment, stopping all letters and phone calls. They took details of all creditors and liased with them all so that I could enter an agreement to stop all interest. I have been with payplan now for 10 years and could not fault them. Each year we do an annual review, and even after I was made redundant they helped me until I gained employment again. I now only have a few years remaining on my plan. Without Payplan I'm not sure what would of happened, would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the same position as I did. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
