Average wait time at least 25 minutes....

I can never get through to their customer service team. My account has been opened but i need to ring to complete the switch, but just wait and wait and wait. It is so frustrating and really poor customer service. When they say it is an average wait of 25 minutes this seems to be wrong. I have waited in excess of 40 minutes on several occasions. It appears as though they do not have enough staff to process their switch volumes, which is really impacting the new customer experience. I really hoped it would be better than this...
