The very best!

I have been with Mayfair Insurance since 2007 and remain insured with them today on 2 of my vehicles. The team are exceptionally knowledgeable, friend.y, helpful and above all, duly diligent. The service is so good that on one occasion when I tried elsewhere with a slightly cheaper quote, I cancelled that policy and went right back to Mayfair within about 2 months. When you are used to first class five star customer service, anything else really won’t do. The good things about this company are that they get to know you properly. The lady who first insured me in 2007 is still with the company and everyone else is too. With no exception they are the nicest team of people I have ever encountered in the Insurance industry. From normal cars to classic cars, they are super competitive and always honest. If they can’t help you (rare)or they think they cannot get you a good quote (rare) they tell you straight away which I think is admirable. To sum up. Kind, friendly, helpful, caring, knowledgeable and always with a cheery comment to brighten the day. Mayfair Insurance, you guys are the very best. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021
