been brilliant

we have had to claim once and they were brilliant , service advice everything , also someone hit our van while we were coming home , caravan insurance sorted it out no problems van fixed .it is a lovely club to be in wardens friendly , always clean facilities ,during covid re opening have felt very safe on sites , always informed of changes Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

blow out

we had a blow out on our twin axle 2 years ago on the way home it was on the off side so made it hard for us to change called may day out ,they were brilliant put the spare on and got us on our way home ,the insurance claim was dealt with very quickly pity you have to wait so long for parts but that's caravanning ,the van was fixed after six months of him held together with duck tape as instructed by dealer as it took the wheel arch off ,can only say caravan club insurance were very good Reviewed on: 14th August 2017
