Some years ago due to various circumstances my money problems became unmanageable.I approached Stepchange ( in it's previous incarnation) .They were non-judgemental and took a lot of time making sure that the right solution was put in place.Since then they have always been understanding when odd emergencies have occurred.I am now getting towards the end of debts and cannot praise them highly enough.
