Resolving issue

The process of joining fair trade for food card was brilliant and easy to do. Also repayments are affordable,fair to everyone. Then, when it came to topping up card it took a month 7 conversations and slot of miss information and different reasons why it wasn't working. Then, finally the one lady I spoke to resolve issue in an hour to her knowledge it was resolved and even called me to check everything was ok . Thank you Reviewed on: 5th August 2021
