Car loan was paid off two weeks ago, still no title

Our car loan was paid off over two weeks ago and Alphera has not released our title. We were told they were holding it until our funds cleared (which was 2 weeks ago) and now they say it's released when we call everyday but everyday our states confirms it has not been. We now have to get our attorney involved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Reviewed on: 16th August 2017
