Sympathetic, helpfully understanding and considerate and compassionate when in need of help,assurance or advice or just a sympathetic ear.. Cannot fault in anyway especially after y partner passed away suddenly. Reviewed on: 8th August 2022

Friendly and helpful Staff

My partner used it regularly for saving towards our household bills or rainy day funds before he passed away. He introduced me and I now do the same fortunately we never had to borrow but new it was there if we needed to. Friendly helpful and sympathetic after my partner passed away and was given a bereavement payment. I was also fortunate enough to win the £500 lottery not long after joining.
