Review of the Partners Credit Union, Loans:

Reliable, accessible, approachable and personable!

Truth be told, I'd be in a dire financial situation if it wasn't for the loan products offered by Partners Credit union. Having two children under 3 and having to pay for childcare fees throughout the last two years along with a house that seems to have no end of plumbing issues, Partners credit union has given me a lifeline in terms of being able to cover these costs, during a time when I've been unable to ask for childcare support from family as a result of the pandemic. As a key worker I've had to keep going regardless and Partners Credit union has helped reduce major financial stress for me. In addition, I have found that their customer relations has been excellent, with staff always responding as best they can and in a friendly, approachable, professional manner. No matter the query, Partners credit union staff are on hand to try help as quick as they can. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
