reassurance and confidence

My first experience was one of relief and calmness for the first time in a very lonbg time that I was able to speak to someone who put my worries and concerns into perspective and I felt the weight lift and saw some kind of future. During my time I have regular telephone calls to keep me upto date and to bring up anything I wish to speak about. I have found they will take up and query on my behalf and do the very best they can for their customers. I would be seriously lost without the support and dedication the staff have given me.
