Service above and beyond!

Insurance is purely about price, except when you have to make a claim, in this case my claim was handled exceptionally well, with sympathy, empathy and understanding. In fact, I think they stretched their own rules in paying out super quickly for my much beloved bike, stolen from under my nose out of the office! Who wants to pay for insurance, nobody! Excellent service

Really Like Laka's approach to insurance, we can trust the pool of other insured people because they are bike enthusiasts like us. And arranging things is so easy, take a photo, submit and it's done. One day all insurance will be like this, I can't wait! Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
