Review of the PayPlan, Debt solutions:

A god send

I first contacted Payplan in 2008 .I had multiple debts which had got out of control due to unemployment and bereavement in my close family. On the day I contacted them I was seriously considering ending it all as I could see no way out of my predicament. I was immediately put at ease by the person on the phone who did not judge me ( I was ashamed that my debts had got out of control) .They put me at ease helped me work out an affordable amount to pay towards my debts.They contacted my creditors and were able in most instances to get the interest frozen.This in itself was a great relief as because of high interest rates I was getting nowhere with reducing my debts.In conclusion I have found the staff to be courteous, non judgemental and so helpful.I really believe payplan saved my life and sanity.Thank you Payplan and all the staff old and new.
