Supportive understanding empathetic

Supported us through a very difficult time which was an enormous burden on our mental health and future. We now feel there's light at the end of the tunnel and some of the pressures are alleviated having payplan with us. Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

Pay plan saved us

Due to unforeseen circumstances my life suddenly fell into chaos and my personal situation changed drastically overnight. I approached payplan with my partner to seek advice and support in trying to financially manage what was a devastating blow regarding our income. The people were so nice and listened while I cried my way through many phone calls over the first few days of the changes. They have continued to support us and keep us informed and upto date with where we are in finding ourselves again. I genuinely believe they saved us from loosing our house. Thanks dosent seem enough. I would definitely reccomend them if anyone needs appropriate support and guidance. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
