Life savers

Having found ourselves in a lot of debt we turned to payplan.Thank goodness! They were sympathetic efficient and sorted out a plan that meant we could still pay bills etc aswell.That night I slept well Our debt is nearly payed now and I thank the day I made that call Reviewed on: 20th June 2023

I was in lot of debt due to depression .i had been withdebt company that took 50%.i found out i could change to payplan and it was such a relief!! They made it all easy to change to them.they were so helpful as i was so embarrassed They are pleasant helpful and you know they are there for you They have literally saved my life as i was in depths of dispair but they calmed me down and i can keep track of my payments and balance Reviewed on: 16th June 2022

Made me breathe sigh of relief

They talked to me like a human not patronising at all. Helped me every step of the way. Yearly check to see if everything ok. I feel really looked after and can feel so relieved that they are dealing with my debt. Everything is clearly put and i know i can call at any time for guidance.
