Open book.

At first, what payplan told me was frightening because they were so open about what i had to expect. Their openness inspired my trust in them because what they told me would happen happened. They have been supportive, working with me every year to review my plan to ensure the best outcome for me. They have always responded reassuringly when i have had concerns, and they have solved any issues quickly. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
