Help when we need it most!

PayPlanPlus have supported us throughout and I have never felt judged. Being in debt can be so demoralising and the staff I have dealt with over the years have always been friendly, professional, efficient (if I was promised a call back, I always received a call back) and supportive. The team obviously know their 'stuff'. I have never felt like a second rate citizen when dealing with PayPlanPlus which you often can, when dealing directly with the companies we owe.
