Reassuring and Helpful

At a time when we had got ourselves into a place we did not want to be, we went to our Local Council for help. After getting us on the right track they put us in touch with PayPlan who then went through everything with me and helped me to get on to what I could afford. At my age at the time of being in my sixties, Disabled and various other ailments they put me at ease with my life, and now I do not suffer with Depression so much, I smile a bit more now. Good help and understanding.

I am 77 yearsof age and I am not that good with computers. On looking at a statement it showed a refund to my Bank,I did not realise that my Bank had refused it.I got in touch with Paypal and they explained what had happened, it seems that I did not have enough in my bank to pay the sum, my fault as I had not moved money accross at the right time. PayPal were very sympathetic and understood my problem and did not charge me for anything. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
