Review of the Total Landlord, Landlord Insurance:

Excellent value for money and great customer service

I came across Hamilton Fraser TLI a few months ago while I was looking for a suitable landlord insurance policy for my UK property. I am an overseas landlord, an EU national, plus my tenant is a recent college graduate in receipt of HB which complicated my situation to a significant extent. In most cases, I was not eligible to receive a quotation or the quote I received (twice, I think) was impossibly high. Utterly frustrated, I kept scouring the Internet and eventually I found Hamilton Fraser's website. I requested a quote hoping for a change and what a nice surprise! The initial calculation came back at £138 and after a brief phone call with one of the advisors (we had to run through some additional info) I sealed the deal. Importantly, the cover I was offered entirely met my expectations so I could not complain at all. I totally recommend Hamilton Fraser TLI! Reviewed on: 7th August 2021
