Great Customer Service

Have been with Payplan for some years. The first thing they do is reassure you that it's not the end of the world and there is light at the end of the tunnel. They go through everything with you and explain it so you can understand all the jargon. The customer service is excellent. Always there for you and really, really helpful. They do not judge you & understand that all people from all backgrounds can find themselves in debt. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Excellent service

From the start, PayPlan has looked after me. They are understanding of your predicament and don’t pass judgement. They’ve really helped me to manage my finances and taken such a weight off my shoulders. I don’t know where I’d be if it wasn’t for PayPlan. Reviewed on: 7th August 2021
