Light at the end of the tunnel

I got into a lot of debt through borrowing to pay for life saving cancer treatment, for my ex which wasn't available, at the time in this country. I then became unable to work through ill health. I didn't know which way to turn. The National Debt line put me in touch with PayPlan & they couldn't have been more supportive. With their help, I could see a light at the end of a very long, dark tunnel. I am still paying my debts but at more affordable amounts & I know, there is always someone at the end of a phone or online if I start to struggle. They find the best solution for you as an individual. I have never felt judged but supported by people who understand & show a caring attitude. I would certainly recommend PayPlan to anyone struggling to cope because of debt. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Peace of mind

PayPlan staff couldn't be more helpful & reassuring without showing any judgement. Debt is so frightening & stressful but with the support of PayPlan I feel able to face the future again. Reviewed on: 7th August 2021
