Rare example of a superb customer focused organisation!

When in debt problems I initially contacted a different company who came across unfriendly and matter of factness. Payplan we’re caring and professional. Their human contact (if needed) was always available, their plans were always flexible to change, affordable and lead to better debt management. I cannot fault them. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Excellent friendly supportive

I tried other debt Organisations before PayPlan who I found cold and who came across judgmental. In five years with PayPlan we’ve found only supportive relations. We have not been pushed into any particular debt solution and we’ve been involved in decision making. Most importantly our finances have improved! Reviewed on: 7th August 2021
