The app is really useful !

It’s great to use the app and see how much your mileage costs but the app takes a while to load and connect to the machine in the car! The customer service was good but was a bit generic at times! And the video to locate the plug in the car was not totally coherent with my car and it took a long time to find .. the company suggested taking it to a garage , but since that would take longer and cost money , luckily they allowed me some extra time to ask friends and family to help locate the plug and all was fine.
