StepChange: A wonderfully warm and non-judgmental service

I have been a client of StepChange for a number of years and in that time, have found them to be a warm and welcoming organisation that puts its clients' interests first in whatever it does. Their handling of my account has brought so many benefits including a stress-free environment, which has helped me tremendously to face my debt problems and deal with them in a calm, efficient and effective way through the StepChange non-judgmental approach to problem solving in a co-creative way.
