Great customer service and reliable app

I first set up this account to keep my self-employed earnings separate from my current account and it has worked really well. The app is reliable, customer service is friendly and efficient and the statements are very clear. The small monthly fee is reasonable for the service provided and I might change to annual payment soon which makes it even more cost-effective. Thank you. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Payplan has saved lives blighted by debt

As a charity volunteer, I have helped various people by referring them to Payplan as the most user-friendly way to get back in control of their finances and several have told me before Payplan they could see no way out and may have self-harmed. Everyone I have dealt with at Payplan has been so helpful, totally non-judgmental, and they also make it easy for people like myself who have third party authorisation to deal with the account.
