It bribes people to vote in awards! This competition is rendered meaningless

It isn't a bad company and seems to have a wider than usual range in quality of employees: some very good and some appalling. However it paying a financial inducement- doing it by a ballot is as bad as outright payment- to its customers to vote in an award shows firstly how meaningless the award is (in any case does anyone take out insurance because a company has an award) and how companies, this one may not be alone in it, cheat in them Reviewed on: 8th August 2021
