Pandemic management

I'm a disabled customer and during the hight of the Pandemic fell behind in my repayment payments on a loan. The loan manager didn't panic or pressure me. Instead was extremely understanding and professional .I was given more time to pay in my own time which I eventually paid my loan back and now have savings in my credit union accounts and have real confidence in partners credit union that they look after Their customers as well as the financial side in my case they judged the situation perfectly I have respect and confidence they are looking after the customers money and the customers themselves Reviewed on: 17th May 2022

EXCELLENCE

I was granted a loan I applied for so I and my family could have a Christmas as We haven’t had one in years as I’m on benefits because of disablement The terms and conditions were superb when I was paying the loan back I like many others were struggling financially because of the covid 19 pandemic my family were actually struggling to pay bills and we’re getting extra help through food banks just to feed ourselves the only people who did not pressure us for money and payment we’re partners who not only gave us the ability to celebrate Christmas for the first time in a decade almost- they were do understanding and gave us extra time to pay when we could afford it after the initial couple of covid restrictions What a brilliant thing partners credit union is I’ve never ever before dealt with such an Amazing company Mr Paul Lee Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
