Great Customer Service

The GCU have great customer service and always go the extra mile to help all customers. If you send them an email or message then they will contact you promptly. Any queries re mortgages etc they have been very helpful and provided lots of advice. Great savings plans and provide excellent rates should you require a loan. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Excellent customer service

I have not been with GCU for that long. I would say though their customer service is of a high standard. Any problems or issues I have had they have always contacted me and helped me. Excellent support especially in trying times. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
