There are so many things I love and appreciate about...

There are so many things I love and appreciate about PayPlan. At the very start they were helpful and understanding about my situation. I never felt judged. They helped me sort things out and take care of all the payments and discussions with my creditors. The annual review is a helpful process and they're understanding when my circumstances sometimes hit a hump in the road. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024

Has been a total life saver

Payplan really has helped save my life. I was in severe debt, depressed, and lost and didn't know how to sort things out. They were kind, patient, and helpful and take care of everything. they help me set my budget sensibly, and make all the payments to creditors so I don't have to worry about missing any of them. great service and makes life so much easier

I've had a really good service so far from Payplan. They manage everything for me meaning I don't have to have multitudes of discussions with all my creditors. They make all the payments on time. Their website is clear and easy to use, and provides great up-to-date information on my financial position. The yearly update is easy to do and a great help to me in being clear about my outgoings and income. I highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022

Straight forward and easy-to-use service

one of the main things I love about payplan is how I can manage everything all in one place and know that my payments are made on time with ease. I like the tools to keep track of my income and outgoings to work out how much I can afford to pay each month. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
