Great Service

I’ve only ever needed to contact Abound once, and even then the experience was incredibly smooth. The webchat team answered everything I needed quickly and clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service. On top of that, I’m genuinely impressed with how user‑friendly the website is. The interest estimator is especially helpful, being able to play around with different payment amounts and instantly see how it affects the interest makes planning so much easier. Overall, the whole site is laid out in a way that feels intuitive, straightforward, and stress‑free to navigate, which really adds to the overall experience. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

Easiest way to save

I love that my direct debit is just taken out every month without even thinking about it. I also enjoy the easiness of getting my savings if required. GCU have out did themselves with their app making it easier to access my online account. Staff are friendly whenever I need to call. 10/10 Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
