GCU is really good

I joined GCU over 20 years ago, suggested by a work colleague. Over the years I have been supported with loans and supported to save. The credit union staff have always given good advice, processed changes quickly and now the app is doing the same - but you can always get a person to talk to as well. I've recommended the credit union to lots of colleagues and always had good comments about GCU. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Helpful and supportive

Having retired recently the credit union staff have been very supportive and helpful arranging my savings direct debits instead of salary deductions. They also assisted me to set up my app and online access, very patiently! I'm proud to be a member of Glasgow Credit Union and encourage others to join. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
