Petplan - simply the best!

Annie has been with Petplan since I adopted her when she was 4 years old. She is now 13 years old and I had to make my first claim with her 12 months ago. I was concerned that my claim would not be successful because, with Annie being a rescue, I do not have her full medical history. I rang Petplan and was assured that I just needed to provide a covering letter explaining the situation along with the claim form. Sure enough within a couple of days of receiving my claim it had been settled. Annie is now on long term medication and has recently had to undergo tests relating to her condition. All claims are settled promptly, with payments now going direct to my Vet. Fabulous service and support from Petplan which enables me to provide the best care and appropriate medication and treatment for Annie. My Petplan policy is worth every penny. There may be cheaper policies available in the marketplace, but with Petplan I know I have peace of mind that claims are settled quickly and there is someone at the end of the phone to answer questions and give advice.
