CAMC Red Pennant Insurance are Life Savers!

We cannot find the words to thank CAMC Insurance enough, they are the kindest, most knowledgeable and efficient people we have ever come across. We broke down 900 km from our destination on a french motorway towing our caravan late afternoon on a Friday, we have 3 children, 1 with type 1 diabetes. The wonderful people at CAMC Insurance calmed us when we were stressed, communicated in french to negotiate are needs and managed to get us on our way in a hire car to our destination in the south of France. A lot of negotiation took place to make this happen and we were so in awe of the commitment to our case. The CAMC had a 'can do' and 'no problems only solutions' attitude and this resulted in us being able to continue our journey and have our holiday. Throughout our whole experience the CAMC insurance people called us to just make sure we were ok. Every step of the way we just kept saying how amazed we were not only at the customer service we received but also the genuine customer care.
