Complete Satisfaction

We have been insuring with Petplan since 2006. We have looked at alternative providers but there are no comparisons. Yes there is cheaper cover, but there are also lots of exclusions or/and additional fees. We have always found Petplan to provide comprehensive and easy to understand cover. A prime example of this is our beloved Millie, who has been insured with Petplan from a pup, on a Covered For Life® policy. This has covered her recently discovered Cushings Disease/Syndrome and, as well as past dental treatmet and operations on her back legs. They are quick to assess the claims and pay out promptly. It is also easy to access cover details and documentation on-line. For Petplan the old mantra "you get what you pay for" really is true. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
