Excellent cover with great empathy

PetPlan made all the claims I have put through for my 3 dogs really easy and they were quick to settle them with my vet. When one of my dogs died last January PetPlan employees demonstrated great empathy and efficiency and they made me feel they cared about my feelings and my sense of loss, which is rare from insurers.
