I recently had cause to contact Vanquis customer service regarding a scam transaction via PayPal. I was unable to speak to anyone at PayPal at that time, so in a panic I contacted Vanquis. The quickly reassured me what they would do if PayPal didn't help. Thankfully, PayPal were brilliant and resolved it within a few days. However, a received a phone call from Vanquis chasing up the situation and reassuring me of their protection if needed. I also received an email confirming everything. I cannot fault the way Vanquis customer services dealt with all this. 5*. Reviewed on: 19th May 2026
