If I could give more stars, I would! Lorna and Emma are a massive credit to Tembo and the industry. They made the process easy and communication is was spot on. When we had an issue with the first mortgage provider, Lorna was on it straight away, found me options within the hour and now we're at the final stretch. Fast, Easy and Helpful

Contacted PayPlan a few years ago and the process quick, easy and the agents were brilliant. Since then apart from the annual review (which I may add is relatively simple and supportive) I've not had to contact PayPlan. I access all my details on the app and also can send/receive queries via the app as well. 5* service and would recommend to anyone in the same position. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Easy to set up and an excellent service

I had been with another debt management company before who charged £20 a month and because I knew the process was long winded I.e. answering all the questions over the phone etc, it put me off looking for another provider. However with PayPlan it was so easy! We did it all by chat and WhatsApp and I could do it whilst spending quality time with my family. It's now been several years and the app keeps me updated with everything I need (including the breakdown and details of where my payments go) Overall I've been extremely impressed and even referred a few friends who have had similar issues.
