First call to them. 25 minutes later, no answer.

I was called by M&S to go through the switching process. They required 2 pieces of information and finally got a space in my day to call them. After 25 minutes I gave up. Livid!! Now on hold again while I write this review. My previous bank answered the phone within seconds every time. Looks like I may have made a mistake. Also. The banking app shows only the last 6 transactions. What's that about ?? You also need to use their little authentication device to genera... Reviewed on: 16th April 2016
